Ingredients:
- 2 cups Heavy cream, cold
- 3/4 cup Sweetened condensed milk
- 1 cup Lotus Biscoff cookie butter
- 10-12 Crushed Lotus Biscoff cookies
Instructions:
- Take a bowl, add 2 cups of heavy cream, cold. Whip this cream to stiff peaks.
- Add ¾ cup of Sweetened condensed milk. Add 1 cup of Lotus Biscoff Cookie butter. Beat on low speed until it is mixed.
- Take 10 Lotus Biscoff Cookies and crush them well.
- Add cookies crush in mixture and mix well. Put this mixture into a container.
- Spread some crush on top of mixture. Freeze at least for 6 hours and serve.
