Instructions:
- Chop the dark and white chocolate and place in a bowl
- Add Biscoff cookie butter into this mixture
- Place bowl over a pot with simmering water
- Melt the chocolate completely stir this mixture
- Remove from heat, add cheese cream and stir until combined and smooth
- Cover the bowl and refrigerate for 1 hour or until set
- Take Biscoff cookies, crush them into fine crumbs and place in a bowl.
- Scoop out the batter and roll into small balls, Roll the ball in the crushed cookies. Refrigerate until ready to serve.
