Lotus Biscoff Truffles Recipe

• 1 cup Biscoff Cookie Butter
• 115g Dark chocolate
• 115g White chocolate
• 1/3 cup (75g) Cream cheese
• Lotus Biscoff cookies

Instructions:

1. Chop the dark and white chocolate and place in a bowl
2. Add Biscoff cookie butter into this mixture
3. Place bowl over a pot with simmering water
4. Melt the chocolate completely stir this mixture
5. Remove from heat, add cheese cream and stir until combined and smooth
6. Cover the bowl and refrigerate for 1 hour or until set
7. Take Biscoff cookies, crush them into fine crumbs and place in a bowl.
8. Scoop out the batter and roll into small balls, Roll the ball in the crushed cookies. Refrigerate until ready to serve.
