Ingredients:

  1. 2 cloves garlic
  2. 1 inch ginger
  3. 2 green onions
  4. 349g silken tofu
  5. 1 Tbsp. oil
  6. ½ lb.(227g) ground pork
  7. 4 Tbsp. water

Seasoning:

  1. 1 ½ Tbsp. broad bean paste(Doubanjiang)
  2. 1 Tbsp. miso
  3. 1 Tbsp. oyster sauce
  4. 2 Tbsp. mirin
  5. ½ Tbsp. soy sauce
  6. 1 tsp. sesame oil
  7. 4 Tbsp. water
  8. 1 tsp. corn starch/potato starch

Instructions:

  1. Take a bowl. Combine 1 ½ 2Tbsp broad bean paste (Doubanjiang), 2 Tbsp. mirin, 1 Tbsp. miso, 1 Tbsp. oyster sauce, ½ Tbsp. soy sauce, 1 tsp. sesame oil, 1 tsp. corn starch, 4 Tbsp. water for seasoning and mix well.
  2. Cut garlic cloves and ginger thinly.
  3. Cut green onions into small pieces. Drain tofu and cut into small cubes.
  4. Take a frying pan add oil and heat on medium heat. Fry ginger and garlic well. After frying ginger and garlic add ground pork. Break pork well and mix.
  5. Add seasoning mixture and stir thoroughly.
  6. After boiling add tofu cubes and coat tofu with sauce. Stir frequently until it is heated through.
  7. Spread green onions and mix just before taking the pan off the heat. Serve immediately.
