Ingredients:
- 2 cloves garlic
- 1 inch ginger
- 2 green onions
- 349g silken tofu
- 1 Tbsp. oil
- ½ lb.(227g) ground pork
- 4 Tbsp. water

Seasoning:
- 1 ½ Tbsp. broad bean paste(Doubanjiang)
- 1 Tbsp. miso
- 1 Tbsp. oyster sauce
- 2 Tbsp. mirin
- ½ Tbsp. soy sauce
- 1 tsp. sesame oil
- 4 Tbsp. water
- 1 tsp. corn starch/potato starch

Instructions:
- Take a bowl. Combine 1 ½ 2Tbsp broad bean paste (Doubanjiang), 2 Tbsp. mirin, 1 Tbsp. miso, 1 Tbsp. oyster sauce, ½ Tbsp. soy sauce, 1 tsp. sesame oil, 1 tsp. corn starch, 4 Tbsp. water for seasoning and mix well.
- Cut garlic cloves and ginger thinly.
- Cut green onions into small pieces. Drain tofu and cut into small cubes.
- Take a frying pan add oil and heat on medium heat. Fry ginger and garlic well. After frying ginger and garlic add ground pork. Break pork well and mix.
- Add seasoning mixture and stir thoroughly.
- After boiling add tofu cubes and coat tofu with sauce. Stir frequently until it is heated through.
- Spread green onions and mix just before taking the pan off the heat. Serve immediately.
