Ingredients:
- 2 Cup Kokuho sushi rice
- 400 ml water
- 1 Packet chirashi sushi mix
For Toppings:
- Kinshi tamago (shredded egg crepe)
- Ikura (Salmon roe)
- Snow peas
- Nori sheet
Instructions:
- Cook rice using rice cooker. Make Kinshi Tamago (As we described in previous recipe).
- Take a large bowl put cooked rice. Add 1 packet of Chirashi Sushi mix.
- Mix them well.
- Serve in a plate garnish with kinshi tamago, ikura and snow pea. You can put any topping like sashimi. Sprinkle nori on top.
