Ingredients:

  1. 2 Cup Kokuho sushi rice
  2. 400 ml water
  3. 1 Packet chirashi sushi mix

For Toppings:

  1. Kinshi tamago (shredded egg crepe)
  2. Ikura (Salmon roe)
  3. Snow peas
  4. Nori sheet

Instructions:

  1. Cook rice using rice cooker. Make Kinshi Tamago (As we described in previous recipe).
  2. Take a large bowl put cooked rice. Add 1 packet of Chirashi Sushi mix.
  3. Mix them well.
  4. Serve in a plate garnish with kinshi tamago, ikura and snow pea. You can put any topping like sashimi. Sprinkle nori on top.
