Yakitori (Grilled Chicken Skewers)

Ingredients:
- 1 pound (450g) crab meat, cooked and cleaned
- Sugar 1 Tbsp
- Coconut milk 4 Tbsp
- Fish sauce 2 Tbsp
- 1 onion, finely chopped
- 2 Chopped potato
- 1 Chopped carrot
- Waugh’s Curry Powder 1 Tbsp
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tablespoon ginger, grated
Instructions:
- In a large pan, heat the butter over medium heat. Add the chopped onion, potato and carrot. Cook until softened.
- Add the minced garlic and grated ginger to the pan. Stir-fry for about 1-2 minutes until fragrant.
- Sprinkle Waugh’s curry powder over the mixture. Stir well to coat the ingredients with the curry powder.
- Pour in the coconut milk and chicken or vegetable broth. Stir to combine and bring the mixture to a simmer.
- Add the fish sauce and sugar to the pan, stirring to incorporate the flavors.
- Add steamed crab and meat and cook well
- Once the crab is heated through and the vegetables are tender, remove the pan from the heat.
- Put coriander on top and serve.
