Spaghetti Meat Sauce – Japanese Style

Ingredients:

Sauce:

  • Soy Sauce
  • Ginger Paste
  • Water
  • Potato Starch

For Serving:

  • Green Onion

Instructions:

  1. Wrap the tofu in kitchen paper, put a weight on it, and drain it for 30 minutes.
  2. Put the ingredients in a bowl and mix well.
  3. Mold into a round shape.
  4. Put oil in a frying pan to a depth of about 1 cm and heat it. Add 3 and fry until both sides are golden brown.

  6. Put Soy sauce, ginger paste and water in another pan and heat it. After boiling, reduce the heat to low, add water-soluble potato starch, mix, and boil again to thicken.
